360 Fire & Flood in Saint Augustine, FL, seeks a motivated Restoration Technician for on-site services at residential and commercial properties. You will perform restoration procedures, operate specialized equipment, document progress, and maintain a safe, organized worksite under supervision.

You'll work closely with the team to deliver high-quality restoration, adhere to safety standards, and communicate effectively with clients and insurance partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; IICRC certification preferred.
• Water damage restoration experience preferred (1+ year).
• Familiarity with water, mold, or fire damage restoration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform demolition, debris removal, content cleaning, and mold/biohazard clean-up.
• Document measurements, diagrams, photos, journals, and work orders in job management systems.
• Communicate job details and status clearly with clients, managers, and team members.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and organized worksite; follow safety rules and PPE protocols.
• Ensure service truck is stocked with equipment and supplies; support other departments as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation; perform other duties as assigned.
