Job summary

PuroClean of Marysville is seeking a Disaster Restoration Technician to assist with water, mold, and fire damage restoration. You will extract water, set dehumidifiers, and communicate clearly with homeowners to guide them through the restoration process.

We value safety, reliability, and teamwork. The role requires physical work, driving company vehicles, and flexibility to respond to after-hours calls when needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 or older.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and fit into them.
• Wear respirator masks and other PPE during work.
• Lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain job details to customers and schedule dry checks.
• Work in tight spaces such as attics or crawl spaces.
• Perform water extraction and moisture removal.
• Remove damaged materials (e.g., drywall, carpeting) as needed.
• Bag and haul debris to the dump.
• Place and monitor drying equipment during days of drying.
• Perform smoke and odor removal when applicable.
• Conduct fire damage and biohazard cleanups.
• Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean.
• Drive company vehicles in compliance with road laws.
