Job summary

ServiceMaster by McCann in Defiance, Lima, and Toledo, Ohio seeks a Construction Project Coordinator to serve as the central communication hub among customers, field crews, subcontractors, and office staff to keep projects on time and to high quality standards.

You will manage scheduling, resources, on-site meetings, and project documentation, with on-call after-hours support and travel among Defiance, Lima, and Toledo as needed. Strong organization and software familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in construction project coordination or related field.
• Strong knowledge of residential or light commercial construction processes and sequencing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for multiple construction and restoration jobs.
• Coordinate office and field scheduling, including crew assignments, subcontractor work, material deliveries, and equipment needs.
• Conduct on-site field meetings with customers to review scopes, timelines, expectations, and progress updates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project, providing regular communication and addressing concerns.
• Track project progress daily and address delays or issues with field teams and management.
