BMS CAT in Englewood, CO is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality workmanship. You will coordinate with subcontractors, in-house trades, property managers, and insurance professionals daily.

The role requires at least two years in insurance reconstruction or related fields, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and the ability to navigate finish trades.

Formación

• Minimum of two years hands-on experience in insurance reconstruction, remodel, or new construction as PM/supervisor.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across phases.
• Solid understanding of residential systems (framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and finish trades sequencing.
• Experience managing job-level financials including budgets, actuals, and change orders.
• Valid driver’s license (stellar driving record preferred).
• Xactimate estimating highly preferred; contractor’s license preferred.
