Job summary

The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, is seeking skilled and reliable Forklift Operators to join our Emergency Response Logistics Support Reservists Cadre Team. In this role, you will support disaster response operations by safely operating forklifts and other heavy material handling equipment to load, unload, and move supplies at disaster sites.

These seasonal deployments may require travel on short notice, with deployments lasting days to weeks.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid forklift operator certification required.
Prior forklift experience in logistics, warehouse, or emergency settings.
Ability to work outdoors in varied conditions, including high-pressure deployments.
Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays when deployed.

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials at sites.
Assist with general logistics tasks including setup and breakdown of loading zones.
Conduct safety checks and routine maintenance of forklift equipment.
Coordinate with logistics teams to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
Assist with other logistics or labor duties as needed.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
