Job summary

First Onsite is seeking a field Technician in New Jersey to assist with water, fire, and mold mitigation, light demolition, and equipment setup. The role involves maintaining vehicles, following safety protocols, and supporting project documentation and reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, be able to obtain a Water Mitigation Certification within 1 year, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Water Mitigation Certification within 1 year.
• Restoration experience, preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water, fire, and mold mitigation, light demolition, and equipment setup.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and response-ready company vehicles.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe job site.
• Support project documentation, photos, and daily reports.
• Track expenses, time, and complete necessary work orders.
• Perform physical labor, debris removal, and material handling.
• Provide flexible support across multiple service lines.
