Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in highly regulated industries (FSI) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DR and backup architectures.
• Familiarity with automation tooling and IaC practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, testing and ongoing improvement of disaster recovery strategies.
• Drive DR automation using Azure-native solutions to shorten recovery times.
• Ensure DR programs align with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and compliance across infrastructure, apps, and cloud.
• Maintain documentation and standards including oSOX, oGDPR, oFFIEC.
• Collaborate with security and IT teams in a hybrid cloud environment.

• Disaster Recovery Strategy Execution
• Lead the design implementation testing and continuous improvement of enterprise Disaster Recovery strategies frameworks and recovery capabilities.
• Drive DR automation initiatives by leveraging Azure native and cloud-based resiliency solutions to improve recovery effectiveness and reduce recovery timelines.
