Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years PM experience; 15 years for PM-III level.
• Licensed professional or CCM certification preferred.
• Experience with design, permitting, construction, and close-out of capital projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple interdependent infrastructure systems.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave project delivery from planning to close-out.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and risk plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and agencies.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and payments.
• Support procurement, consultant management, and contract administration.
• Engage stakeholders and manage community outreach as needed.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements and reporting standards.
