IEM in Puerto Rico is seeking a Full Time - Eligibility Analyst to join our Disaster Recovery team in Guaynabo. You will review project documentation to ensure compliance with CDBG-DR, CDBG-MIT, and HMGP requirements, validating eligible costs, procurement records, and environmental documents.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of grant-audit experience, fluent English and Spanish, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifikationen

• One year of experience auditing federally funded grant programs.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Review project documentation to ensure compliance with CDBG-DR, CDBG-MIT, and HMGP requirements.
• Validate eligible costs and supporting documentation.
• Assist with procurement, environmental records, and labor compliance reviews.
• Submit documentation to the Eligibility Manager.
• Perform National Objective and HMGP reviews.
• Support match payments and Duplication of Benefits checks.
