Job summary

First Onsite, LLC seeks a hands-on Technician to support water, fire, and mold mitigation projects, working with a skilled team, operating a variety of tools, and learning emergency restoration and disaster recovery on diverse sites.

Safety is emphasized; youll follow programs, document progress with photos/reports, and help manage equipment and materials across service lines. A valid drivers license is required; restoration experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Water Mitigation Certification within 1 year or ability to obtain
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Restoration experience preferred
• Valid drivers license required

Responsibilities

• Assist with water, fire, and mold mitigation, light demolition, and equipment setup
• Maintain clean, stocked, and response-ready company vehicles
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe job site
• Support project documentation, photos, and daily reports
• Track expenses, time, and complete necessary work orders
• Perform physical labor, debris removal, and material handling
• Provide flexible support across multiple service lines
