Responsibilities

• Ensure teams performance of tarping, board up, and water mitigation.
• Focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Assist team members and foster positive relationships with other departments.
• Represent the brand well.
• Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution.
• Re-inspect job sites for quality control.
• Be the point of contact for customer questions and concerns.
• Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked trucks and equipment.
• Participate in the on-call schedule.
