Responsibilities
Ensure teams performance of tarping, board up, and water mitigation.
Focus on providing excellent customer service.
Assist team members and foster positive relationships with other departments.
Represent the brand well.
Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution.
Re-inspect job sites for quality control.
Be the point of contact for customer questions and concerns.
Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked trucks and equipment.
Participate in the on-call schedule.
