Tyson Foods in Union City, TN is seeking a full-time Disassembly Skilled PR08 – Debone role. Starting pay is $22.95 per hour. You will debone meat from hog carcasses, operate knives, and follow HACCP-based SOPs.

The job requires lifting up to 50 pounds and strict adherence to safety rules in a manufacturing setting. Applicants must have 6 months of recent work history with one employer, and Tyson conducts background checks where required.

Responsibilities

• Debone meat using knives in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
• Keep the work area clean and tidy; recondition meat touching unsanitary surfaces.
• Follow SOPs and JSAs for all activities.
• Provide on-the-job training to new team members.
