Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in medical/behavioral health diagnoses and impact on functional capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to respond to multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FDS case managers to ensure quality documentation for SSI/SSD applications.
• Support SSA Disability applications and case management services for clients on the FDS Team Service tract.
• Develop relationships with medical/psychiatric providers to obtain necessary documentation.
