Qualifications

• Must have Federal Work Study award.
• Must be currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at Georgia Gwinnett College.
• Must be in good academic standing and maintain good standing for the duration of employment.
• Must be in good conduct standing with Georgia Gwinnett College and maintain good conduct for the duration of employment.
• Must be able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to faculty, staff, students and parents
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Assist with special projects, such as disability awareness program
• Assist students with various disabilities
• Assist students by scribing, reading exams aloud, and assisting with labs
• Assist in clerical tasks including faxing, filing, scanning documents, campus errands, etc.
• Work with assistive technology
• Attend transition events
• Maintain office organization
• Perform other related duties as assigned
