Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as Rehabilitation Program Specialist overseeing a range of professional duties to enable NIDILRR to conduct an integrated, coordinated program of research, research utilization, technical assistance, and training activities that utilize grants, contracts, cooperative agreements.
• Provide consultation to promote the organization and advancement of its disability research programs.
• Serve as principal spokesperson and scientific program leader focused on disability outcomes related to serious mental health conditions.
• Act as project officer for grants and cooperative agreements, ensuring administrative and scientific monitoring.
• Prepare reports of the research and associated activities relevant to disability programs.
