Qualifications

• Associate degree or 60 credits with 6 months related work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year related work experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use MS Word/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations to ensure programmatic goals are met.
• Coach and support individuals with disabilities to exercise choices.
• Lead and mentor direct care staff in the program.
• Collaborate with staff across levels of the organization.
