Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, or 60 credit hours, and 6 months of related work experience
• High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related work experience

Responsibilities

• Assist to monitor operations so that programmatic goals are achieved
• Coach and support persons with disabilities to exercise choices and acquire competencies to accomplish personal goals
• Lead and mentor direct care staff in the program
