Job summary

Community Living And Support Services (CLASS) is seeking an Employment Support Professional to assist individuals with disabilities in securing and maintaining competitive integrated employment. This full-time role emphasizes outreach, intake, assessments, and building relationships with funders and employers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• APSE credential or ACRE certificate must be obtained within nine months of employment.
• Working knowledge of applicable regulations and requirements.
• Current Criminal History Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach, intake, and assessments to grow program census.
• Develop community job opportunities and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Provide post-placement support to ensure job stabilization.
• Complete documentation in CWDS and 6400 regulations; track outcomes.
• Collaborate with consumers and teams to meet funding requirements.
