Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; four-year degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in developmental disabilities.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Find job opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Educate employers on benefits of employing individuals with disabilities.
• Perform job analysis and provide guidance to individuals served.
• Perform site analysis and identify job site modifications.
• Assess vocational, social, and communication skills of individuals served.
