Job summary

Serco Berkshire is hiring a Disability Assessor in a hybrid role, combining clinical expertise with flexible working. The position suits qualified nurses, OTs, physios, paramedics or pharmacists who want to move from hands-on care to assessment work.

You’ll work 9–5, Monday to Friday, with 2 days on site and 3 from home, and complete a full 12‑week training programme.

You’ll assess clients, carry out PIP or WCA assessments, and write clear, evidence-based reports that impact people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Must hold NMC or HCPC registration and current clinical competence.
• Ability to travel onsite 2 days per week.
• Full UK right to work (no sponsorship).

Disability Assessor (Hybrid Role)

Salary: Up to £50,000

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9–5 (no evenings, no weekends!)
