This position provides administrative and office support to the Registration Section and delivers customer service through telephone, email, and in-person interactions.Key responsibilities include processing compliance; reviewing and verifying registration documents; collecting, validating, and reconciling revenue; and entering and maintaining accurate registration records. The role also involves generating reports and correspondence, as well as certifying records for law enforcement purposes.This position requires detailed, time-sensitive, and computer-based work, along with the ability to learn and apply Title 29-A laws, policies, and procedures.Success in this role depends on strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to efficiently manage a high volume of calls and paperwork.
