ViaQuest Employment Services in Dayton, OH is hiring for a full-time role offering $18.00–$19.50 per hour. The position focuses on training and supervising individuals with disabilities to develop job skills and independence in workplace settings.

You will provide daily skills training, support retention, and promote inclusive employment with a respectful approach. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and candidates should be at least 18 years old; experience in special education or related
