Job summary

You will lead site teams, enforce safety and quality standards, monitor cost and schedule, and drive continuous improvement across dirt operations; 7+ years of heavy civil supervision and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational education preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in construction/heavy civil, including superintendent or foreman roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
