Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• OSHA 10 Safety Training preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, push, pull, walk on rough terrain, and climb in and out of equipment and work areas.
• Must be able to work in all types of indoor/outdoor environments.
• Must be willing to travel and/or work overtime when required.

• Follow daily instructions provided by a Foreman.
• Safely work around heavy equipment.
• Inspect, maintain, and operate tools and equipment.
• Set up and use GPS equipment and laser levels.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Communicate well with others on the jobsite.
• Demonstrate a continuous effort to improve operations.

Job description

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations creating a safe working environment.
• Follow instructions provided by a Foreman with daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.
• Safely work around heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, cranes, etc.
• Inspect, maintain, and operate hand tools, power tools, and other various equipment.
• Setup and use GPS equipment and laser levels to accurately measure grade.
• Read, interpret, and follow plans, specifications, and other contract documents
• Communicate well with others on the jobsite both verbally and using hand signals.
• Demonstrate a continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide a quality customer service.
