Job summary

Apptoza Inc. is seeking a skilled IT Identity and Directory Services Administrator to manage on‑prem and cloud directory services. The role covers AD, Azure AD, ADFS, PKI, and related monitoring tools to ensure authentication reliability.

You will oversee health checks, certificate services, and disaster recovery testing while supporting enterprise printers and printing infrastructure across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Knowledge of ADFS and SSO technologies.
• Experience with AD health monitoring using SCOM.
• Administration of Certificate Services and PKI.
• Printer management and vendor coordination.
• Disaster Recovery testing and DR planning.
• Familiarity with ITSM incident/change/service management.

Responsibilities

• Perform Microsoft Active Directory administration tasks and provide consult with Microsoft.
• Monitor core service health via tools like SCOM and Azure Health panels; mitigate issues.
• Troubleshoot directory authentication issues enterprise-wide.
• Manage Microsoft Azure AD, ADFS, and SSO related configurations and migrations.
• Coordinate certificate services, templates, enrollments, and PKI health checks.
• Support disaster recovery tests and printer infrastructure maintenance.
