Job summary

Computer World Services is seeking a Directory Services Administrator to maintain AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and server deployments in a hybrid Windows environment. The role emphasizes security posture, account management, and scripting to automate routine tasks.

The candidate will work Monday–Friday, 0700–1700, in a primarily on-site Virginia location, with DoD 8570-related security requirements and potential Azure cloud components.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server deployments and AD domain services.
• Experience in on-premises and Azure cloud environments.
• GPO management and patching in secured environments.
• Familiarity with virtualization and remediation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage servers; verify core services and security posture.
• Manage accounts, groups, and permissions.
• Configure GPOs using GPA and native tools; DS replication.
• Maintain DNS/DHCP configurations and DNS records.
• Patch systems to DISA STIG guidelines; manage sites and services.
• Operate in VMware environments; troubleshoot core services and trusts.
• Deploy and create PowerShell scripts for automation.
