Job summary
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. in Houston seeks a seasoned Directory Services & Messaging Manager to lead a senior IT enablement team responsible for design, deployment, and support of Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, Exchange hybrid and Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Intune, Purview, and related services.
The role blends people leadership with hands-on engineering: set priorities, drive automation via PowerShell/Graph API, guide 24x7 on‑call readiness, and partner with Security,
Qualifications
- 7+ years in large hybrid IT infrastructure with identity, messaging, cloud, and endpoint ownership.
- 5+ years leading technical teams delivering cross-functional outcomes.
- Expert in AD/Entra ID hybrid identity, PKI, DNS, GPOs, and OAuth/SSO controls.
- Proficient in Azure admin, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Purview governance.
- PowerShell/Graph API automation and enterprise documentation required.
Responsibilities
- Lead a senior team responsible for directory, messaging, M365, Azure, and endpoint services.
- Own hybrid identity architecture and identity synchronization across systems.
- Manage CA, MFA, RBAC, app registrations, and Key Vault.
- Oversee Exchange hybrid/migration to Exchange Online and mail flow.
- Support Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune integrations.
- Provide 24x7 on-call escalation and drive secure solutions with partners.
