Job summary

Celebree School of San Pablo seeks a School Director to lead a child care facility in Jacksonville, FL. You will hire and train staff, foster family relationships, and ensure adherence to Florida DCF licensing standards and Celebree policies.

You will also oversee enrollment, scheduling, finances, and documentation to maintain smooth daily operations. The role requires a strong background in early childhood education, leadership experience, and a commitment to providing high-quality early

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a licensed childcare setting.
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience.
• Strong understanding of Florida DCF licensing standards and childcare compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and hire qualified staff to join the team.
• Provide ongoing training and development for team members.
• Build a school community that fosters positive relationships with families.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards.
• Oversee daily facility operations including enrollment, scheduling, finance, and document control.

Responsibilities

As the School Director, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

• Hiring: Identify and attract the best talent to join the team.
• Training : Support team growth and development through comprehensive training and guidance.
• Relationship : Build a school community that attracts new families and team members fostering positive relationships
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the operations of the childcare facility, including enrollment, scheduling, financial management, and documentation, and ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in elementary education, early childhood education or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a licensed childcare school.
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience required.
• Strong understanding of Florida DCF licensing standards and childcare compliance requirements
• Experience leading, coaching, or supervising staff
