Job summary

Sacred Heart Cathedral seeks a Director of Youth Discipleship to coordinate and lead the parish’s youth faith formation, focusing on high-school discipleship and weekly small groups. The role reports to the Associate Pastor of Youth and Young Adult Ministry and includes overseeing the Confirmation program with a lifelong faith formation emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Develops master schedule for Sunday youth sessions.
• Forms and supervises Core Leadership Team for Youth Discipleship.
• Oversees themes, topics, and presenters for programs.
• Guides small group discussions and prepares discussion questions.
• Provides music guidance for themes and topics.
• Promotes Bible study and faith-sharing groups weeknights.
