Job summary

Fccinc in Poplar Bluff, MO, seeks a Director of Youth Day Treatment to lead the Hope Academy day treatment program. The incumbent will supervise staff, guide clinical care, and oversee daily operations to ensure effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field.
• Must meet Missouri licensing requirements at minimum to begin supervision.
• Clinically Licensed Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face diagnostic interviews and complete admission screenings.
• Develop recovery care plans with SMART goals and interventions.
• Provide oversight of day-to-day operations of the Day Treatment Program.
• Prepare timely written reports and interpretative summaries from assessments.
• Lead program planning, budget oversight, and annual strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR to staff the program promptly and ensure staff training.
