Director of Workstation Platform Engineering provides end‑to‑end technical, programmatic, and organizational leadership for HP’s premium desktop workstation portfolio. The role owns organization design, platform development, and cross‑functional alignment from early architecture and silicon engagement through product introduction, sustaining activities, customer delivery, and long‑term roadmap readiness. This position operates at the intersection of business and portfolio strategy, engineering leadership, supplier/ODM management, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship; ensuring HP delivers differentiated, high‑performance workstation platforms on time, at scale, with industry‑leading quality, and meeting customer experience goals.

The pay range for this role is $174,050 to $278,450 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
