Director, Workplace Strategy

Overview

About You

The Director of Workplace Strategy is responsible for helping develop workplace strategies for clients that are driven by the client’s business and cultural objectives. You will help the Workplace Advisory team deliver workplace strategies, pre-design services, high level programming, deliverables, business case development, and contribute to thought leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discreet parts of workplace strategy development projects
  • Gather and analyze data, draw conclusions, and summarize findings and recommendations into easy-to-understand presentations to clients
  • Lead focus groups and interviews with clients
  • Develop and deliver final reports and work products to clients
  • Present deliverables to clients in meetings and workshops
  • Conduct primary and secondary research

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, interior design, corporate real estate, Workplace Strategy) required
  • Experience in AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM, or other drafting technologies
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in architecture, interior design, workplace strategy, portfolio strategy or related field
  • A team-oriented mind-set and be as comfortable working alone as working with a broader team
  • Good analytical and strong presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Power BI and Teams, ability to analyze a variety of data sets and expertise in operating IWMS database applications
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrix environment; experience on an outsourced client account is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Direct people leadership skills
  • Not required but positive consideration will be given to candidates with Change Management experience including developing and implementing workplace strategies

Benefits

Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term/long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15 days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) of paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.

Salary and eligibility

Area/Location Specific: WFH USA

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $130,850 to $140,000
