Job summary

You will translate business requirements into actionable solutions and guide teams on analytical methodologies to improve operational efficiency.

Collaborating with Sam’s Club and cross‑functional leaders, you will design future‑state operating models, develop talent, and drive data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field and 5 years’ experience in data management, business analytics, statistics, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in data analysis, statistics, computer science, or related area.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex workforce planning projects, converting requirements into actionable business intelligence and analytical solutions.
• Develop and evaluate workforce analytics, standards, and improvement strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to validate workforce plans and enhance forecasting accuracy for operational planning.
• Oversee project execution, resource allocation, and progress monitoring to ensure timely achievement of milestones.
• Analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement strategic workforce plans.
• Drive talent development initiatives, including capability gap analysis, recruitment, and succession planning.
• Foster strong partnerships and communicate project status with key stakeholders and teams.
