RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Medical Director of Occupational & Workforce Health for the Central Jersey Hub in New Brunswick, NJ. You will lead workforce health strategy, oversee occupational medicine services, and partner with HR, Operations, Quality, Safety, and Legal teams to deliver exceptional employee and employer outcomes.

The role offers high visibility, academic collaboration with Rutgers, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no routine nights or on-call duties, supporting over 43,000

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Occupational Medicine preferred.
• Leadership experience within Occupational Health, Employee Health, Workforce Health, or related clinical settings.
• MRO and DOT certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, CDC, DOT, ADA, and Workers' Compensation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational medicine services including injury management, surveillance programs, pre-employment evaluations, return-to-work services, DOT examinations, and employer health services.
• Oversee MRO, IME, DOT, and regulatory compliance programs.
