Job summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Georgia seeks an experienced nursing leader to oversee a defined patient group, ensuring safe, evidence-based care.

The Nurse Manager will supervise nursing activities, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and drive quality initiatives within a hospital/clinical setting spanning infancy to geriatrics. Georgia RN licensure is required, with ACLS/BCLS/CPR certification and 7+ years of experience including 3+ in management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Seven years of nursing experience including at least three years in progressive management.
• Current Georgia RN licensure and/or multistate licensure required.
• CPR, BCLS, ACLS required; NRP preferred.

• CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and
• ACLS Upon Hire Required and
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Preferred
