Job summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital is seeking an experienced nurse leader to supervise and coordinate nursing activities for a defined patient group in a hospital/clinical setting. The role covers patients from infants to geriatrics and requires strong clinical oversight.

The candidate will drive staff development, ensure high standards of patient care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes. A Georgia RN license and current CPR/BCLS/ACLS are required; NRP preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of nursing experience including at least 3 years in progressive management.
• Georgia RN licensure and/or NLC/eNCL multistate licensure required and CPR/BCLS/ACLS required; NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates and manages nursing activities for a defined group of patients within a hospital/clinical setting.
• Ensures quality patient care across age groups from infants to geriatrics.
• Leads staff development and performance improvement initiatives as needed.

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License Upon Hire Required and
• CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and
• ACLS Upon Hire Required and
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Preferred
