This position manages a team of leaders that oversee the Wealth & Brokerage sales support teams. Responsible for the development, build out, and execution of teams in servicing Wealth and Brokerage clients. Collaborates on operational efficiency and client experience. Partners with regional Wealth & Brokerage leadership and operational support teams in implementing a national client servicing model. Oversees financial management, compliance or operational audits with all applicable regulations, and business continuity activities.
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Banking or Wealth Operations/Service in a supervisory role OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Banking or Wealth Operations/Service in a supervisory role.
License or Certification: Valid Series 24, 7, 63, 65, or 66, and state-specific life and health insurance licenses.
Required Skills: Knowledge of Wealth Banking, Trust Administration, and Retail Banking.
Compensation varies by location, with base pay ranges provided for San Francisco, New York, Boston, Raleigh, and Charlotte. Actual pay depends on skills, experience, location, and other factors.
