Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Public Administration, or related field.
• Eight years of progressively responsible management experience in wastewater collection systems, including five years in a senior management role.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff, prioritizing and assigning work, evaluations, training, and safety compliance.
• Leads day-to-day division activities, planning and evaluating programs and standards.
• Oversees personnel actions, salary administration, and employee relations.
• Coordinates with internal/external stakeholders to plan and execute projects.
• Represents the City in meetings and with regulatory agencies on wastewater matters.
• Directs and manages leadership duties, policies, and long-term goals.
