How you will contribute

  • Lead a diverse team that is geographically based across the country supporting MDLZ DSD Retail organization and local Walmart Leadership.
  • Partner with Walmart Operations (HQ and Local).
  • Engage with MDLZ DSD Retail Leadership routinely.
  • Drive the P&L to achieve strong financial results.
  • Develop strategies to drive executional excellence – DSD & Warehouse.
  • Strategize on DSD of the future with a shopper-centric and Vision 2030 perspective.
  • Ensure excellence in-store with routines and tracking.
  • Leverage data extensively to drive the business (refusals, receiving, etc.).
  • Work effectively in teams and across systems.
  • Share best practices around execution, sales tools, activation, etc.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with the following experience and knowledge:

  • Strong leadership and people management experience within FMCG/CPG (sales, key account management, brand management, field sales force management) preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the country trade environment and commercial levers.
  • Well-developed communication and negotiation skills.

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Job specific requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in the CPG industry, including leadership roles.
  • Previous experience with Walmart.
  • DSD experience required; supply chain/logistics experience a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Financial acumen & P&L experience is essential.
  • Proficiency with syndicated and retailer data tools, data analytics, PowerBI, Excel, and reporting tools.

Travel requirements: 20% travel required.

Work schedule: Full-time, hybrid position based at our Sales Office in Rogers, AR.

The salary range is $141,000 to $246,750, depending on experience, skills, and education. The position offers a competitive bonus and long-term incentive programs.

Benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, education programs, holidays, and vacation. Some benefits have eligibility requirements.

Relocation support is available within the country, and minimal support is provided for international transfers.
