The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Director, Visual Merchandising & Experiential for Too Faced Global Creative to craft innovative global brand experiences across retail, pop-ups, events and installations.
Reporting to the VP Creative Director, you will translate creative direction into compelling consumer journeys, lead agencies and cross‑functional teams, and balance artistic ambition with feasibility and retailer needs.

REPORTS TO: Vice President, Creative Director
The Director, Visual Merchandising & Experiential is responsible for developing innovative physical brand experiences across global retail, visual merchandising, pop-ups, events and experiential activations.
Working closely with the Vice President, Creative Director, this role translates Too Faced’s creative direction into distinctive consumer experiences that stand out in highly competitive retail environments while maintaining a consistent global brand expression.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $124,200.00 to $214,450.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
