The Manager, Copy is responsible for bringing the Too Faced voice to life across product, packaging, campaign, digital, social, retailer and brand storytelling. Working directly with the Vice President, Creative Director, this role develops distinctive, witty and culturally relevant copy that is unmistakably Too Faced while clearly communicating product benefits and supporting business objectives. The ideal candidate is both a strong conceptual writer and a versatile brand copywriter who can move fluidly between naming a new product, developing campaign language, writing packaging copy, creating social-first messaging and supporting retailer and brand presentations.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,550.00 to $143,800.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
