Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7 years of Operations management experience with progressive leadership roles.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop and coach teams.
• Proven track record in driving efficiency, cost control, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all operational aspects of the processing center to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing production team through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Drive profitability by optimizing resources, controlling costs, and ensuring cost-effective production practices.
• Ensure strict adherence to USDA, FDA, and company food safety and quality standards across all operations.
• Partner with supply chain, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure end-to-end production and distribution.
• Champion process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen performance.
• Establish, monitor, and achieve KPIs and production metrics aligned with goals.
• Lead enterprise initiatives fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
