Job summary
Etsy, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management for UX Platform to lead the team that underpins Etsy’s experiences. You will set strategy across design systems, prototyping, web front-end infrastructure, and developer experience, coaching PMs and partnering with engineering and design leaders.
You will drive multi-year investments in AI-assisted capabilities and accessibility, shaping a high-quality front-end stack used by internal teams and external buyers and sellers.
Qualifications
- Experience leading platform/infrastructure/product teams.
- Systems thinker who connects design systems, frontend architecture, and developer workflows.
- Able to turn ambiguity into clarity and create structure.
- Strong coaching and development of PMs.
- Excellent communicator with both technical and design-focused audiences.
Responsibilities
- Set and drive product strategy across UX Platform, frontend infrastructure, and design systems; translate broad remit into a focused roadmap.
- Build a portfolio of solutions to measure experience quality and improve developer experience.
- Define multi-year investment strategy for AI-assisted capabilities across design, product, and engineering workflows.
- Lead and grow a team of PMs, investing in their careers and craft.
- Collaborate with product teams to turn needs into clear priorities; present roadmap to senior leadership.
