The Amazon Advertising User Experience (AUX) team is looking for a senior design leader to develop and scale design teams dedicated to creating innovative experiences that connect brands/businesses/agencies with their customers; globally and at scale. In this role, you’ll lead (and grow) a high-performing team of UX professionals (managers, designers, writers, design program managers, and researchers)—working collaboratively with engineering and product management and senior leadership through all aspects of the product development life‑cycle.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
