About the Role

As a Design Director, you will lead the advertiser experience strategy, overseeing onboarding, campaign management, and optimization. Your goal is to create intuitive, consumer-friendly tools that simplify workflows and provide insightful recommendations to optimize sales and reach. You will ensure designs are trusted, engaging, and tailored to advertiser needs, championing simplicity and storytelling to influence cross-functional teams and leadership. Balancing business and technology, you'll produce high-impact, pixel-perfect designs that deliver results in a dynamic retail media landscape.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field, with 10+ years in Product Design or similar, including 3+ years leading high-performing teams and cross-functional leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Design certification (e.g., IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking)
  • Experience in product development within user experience areas
  • Master’s degree in relevant fields
  • Related industry experience (retail, eCommerce, healthcare, etc.)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA), assistive technologies, and inclusive design practices
