The Anywhere UX team is a rapidly growing and evolving group recognized as a thought leader within the company. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join us and transform how people interact with real estate technology. As the Director of Enterprise UX Design, you will lead a team dedicated to enhancing user experience across our agent and broker tools. Your mission is to create intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing interfaces that empower real estate professionals to excel. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to foster innovation and elevate our digital platforms. Additionally, you will champion accessibility, the design system, and design thinking within the team and with partners.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership: Define the UX vision and strategy for agent and broker tools, aligning initiatives with business goals and user needs. Promote user-centered design principles organization-wide.
2. Team Management: Lead and mentor UX designers, researchers, and front-end developers. Foster a collaborative environment, set goals, provide feedback, and support professional growth.
3. Design Excellence: Oversee the entire design process from concept to implementation, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product teams and real estate professionals to understand needs, ensure consistency, and deliver cohesive experiences across platforms.
5. User Research and Insights: Collaborate with user research to conduct studies and translate insights into actionable design improvements. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tech.
6. Design Operations (DesignOps): Optimize workflows, tools, and processes with Program Management. Contribute to design systems, component libraries, and version control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Proven 10+ years experience in designing web and mobile user experiences.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
