The Anywhere UX team is a quickly growing and evolving team positioned as a thought leader in the company. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team and revolutionize how people interact with real estate technology. As the Director of Enterprise UX Design, you will lead a team responsible for enhancing user experience across agent and broker tools. Your mission will be to create intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing interfaces that empower real estate professionals to excel. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to drive innovation and elevate our digital platforms. You will champion accessibility, the design system, and design thinking within the team and with partners.

**Responsibilities**
1. Strategic Leadership: Define the UX vision and strategy for agent and broker tools, aligning initiatives with business goals and user needs. Advocate for user-centered design principles organization-wide.
2. Team Management: Lead and mentor UX designers, researchers, and front-end developers. Foster a collaborative environment, set goals, provide feedback, and support professional growth.
3. Design Excellence: Oversee the entire design process, from concept to implementation, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product teams and real estate professionals to understand needs, ensuring consistency across platforms.
5. User Research and Insights: Collaborate with user research teams to conduct studies and translate insights into design improvements. Stay updated on industry trends.
6. Design Operations (DesignOps): Optimize workflows, tools, and processes, and contribute to design systems and component libraries.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience designing web and mobile user experiences.
- Proficiency in Figma, InVision, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and research methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
