Job summary

Dennis Partners in New Jersey seeks a Regulatory Affairs Advertising & Promotion Director to craft and implement US regulatory strategies for advertising and promotional activities. You will guide US commercial teams with risk-based recommendations to support marketing initiatives.

You will serve as the FDA liaison, oversee the Materials Review process, and collaborate with Medical, Legal, and LMR teams to ensure compliant, timely decisions for both approved and investigational products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in Regulatory Affairs with US advertising and promotional focus.
• Experience reviewing promotional materials across multiple channels.
• Direct interaction with FDA/OPDP preferred.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead US advertising and promotion regulatory strategy and execution.
• Oversee US Materials Review processes for promotional materials.
• Ensure compliant review of all materials for approved and investigational products.
• Act as SME on FDA advertising rules and provide risk-based guidance.
• Collaborate with Medical, Legal, and LMR teams to enable timely decisions.
