Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Director, US Advertising and Promotion within Global Regulatory Affairs to lead day-to-day decisions and provide strategic direction for assigned products in Morristown, NJ or Cambridge, MA.

You will develop regulatory strategies for promotion and labeling, oversee day-to-day activities, and liaise with FDA while mentoring staff and coordinating with Commercial, R&D, and Legal. This role demands autonomy and strategic insight.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to make decisions and provide strategic direction for US Advertising and Promotion activities.
• Experience leading regulatory teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations for product promotion and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Make decisions and provide strategic direction for day-to-day activities of assigned products and teams.
• Develop regulatory strategies for product promotion and labeling with the US A&P Therapeutic Area Head.
• Monitor regulatory environment and assess impact of new guidance on the business.
• Mentor US A&P staff and build cross-functional relationships with Commercial, R&D and Legal.
