Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Director of US Oncology Strategy & Operations—Hematology/CAR-T, based in Horsham, PA. The role leads Strategy, Portfolio Management, and Change Management across US Oncology Hematology and related franchises.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, drive operational excellence, and shape launch strategies while aligning investments with strategic initiatives. In-person presence is required three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree helpful.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry, corporate agency experience, consulting, and/or business transformation.
• Oncology knowledge is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and leadership across functions; ability to balance priorities and drive decisions.
• In-person office collaboration 3 days per week in Horsham, PA.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategy & Portfolio Management for US Oncology Hematology.
• Oversee Operations Excellence, governance, and BAU tasks.
• Manage Strategic Projects/Programs from conception to completion.
• Lead Change Management efforts using formal methodologies (e.g., PROSCI).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
